Habitheon Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Overview

Habitheon is local-first. Habit progress primarily stays on your device unless you choose to use account-linked cloud backup or optional community features.

Data Stored On Your Device

Habit entries, streak history, and other gameplay progress are stored locally on this device. Profile presentation, reminder setup, and other device settings also stay local unless you change them on this device yourself.

Optional Sign-In and Cloud Backup

Sign-in is optional. If you choose to sign in and create a cloud backup, the app uploads a backup snapshot tied to that account so progress can be restored later. These account-linked features use Supabase for authentication and remote storage.

Optional Community Participation

Pantheon participation is optional. If you opt in, the app shares public community-facing profile information such as your display name, icon, primary World, leaderboard metrics, and related community interaction data needed for those features.

No Private Messaging

The app does not provide private messaging or chat between users.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on the device where you enable them. Notification permissions are optional and can be changed in system settings.

Local and Remote Data

Local device data and account-linked remote data are separate. Deleting an account removes the relevant remote backup and account-linked community data. Uninstalling the app removes local data from that device.

Support Correspondence

If you choose to email support, the developer receives the information you include in that message and uses it to respond to or handle your enquiry.

Your Choices

You can keep using the app locally, sign in later, create a cloud backup, restore backed-up progress, or opt in to community participation only when you choose to do so.

Changes

We will update this policy if these features change.
